I'll admit it...

Day 2:

I'll admit it.... I have a serious sugar addiction. SERIOUS. addiction. For the past week I've been craving Captain Crunch with Crunch berries. Good thing I have a large supply of them thanks to couponing! Nothing like starting your day with a big bowl of sugar! Maybe that's why I have no energy lately..... ya think?

So I have a crazy goal--maybe I told you?-- to make 100 cards this month. My scrap room is seriously overflowing with paper, embellies and more. It's time to put them to use! So here's a couple more that I made this week:

This one I used up an old kraft envelope, journaling tag, and a seriously old Making Memories flower!

And I think this old diecut star is from BoBunny---finally has a home now!

Have a creative day!

It's all about me

I've been watching a couple photographers do a 365 of self portraits. I think it's soooo cool--and WAY out of my comfort zone! That's why I'm the one taking the pictures, so I don't have to be in them! But I'm going to start one anyways because I want my children to see me in pictures when they get older. So when I was reading my SIL's, Brit, blog I was excited to see her 30 day challenge was all about herself! I thought I'd take the challenge too--THANKS BRIT for the inspiration!!

So.... Day 1

An undedited pic of me--a little yellow! ;) I took this pic last week when I tried out a new hair style and LOVED it! So my day today was good--a little stressful-- but good. I spent the day cleaning my house and getting cards ready for girl's card night at my house (we do it once a month). Logan had a T-ball game so we got to head on over to the park and watch him hit the ball the farthest he's ever hit it--really exciting for him! The Girls all came over at 8pm and we chatted, ate some brownies, and made cards all night!

So now on to crafty stuff...

Have  you checked out the Pixie Dust Paperie blog yet this month? This kit is so fun---all the designers just rocked the products! Here's a couple more of my cards I made with it:

This one is my favorite-I added a little feather to her hair! So pretty and sweet!
And some more cards that I've been making--just for fun!

Whew! what a post! haha Hope you have a great day!

They're keepers...

They are so stinkin' cute, I think I'll keep 'em! Even though currently they are driving me crazy!

Down on the farm...

We had so much fun last week down on the Venice farm. We headed down to Venice, UT to see Brandon's grandparents and cousins. The boys had so much fun--life on a farm is so fun for boys! They had fun looking at the animals (they had to walk past the goats everyday), climbing fences, squishing their feet in the mud, throwing rocks in the river, and playing like crazy!

I have a few crafty things for you today-- Here's a couple layouts I did for 2peas. You really need to check out the designer garden--chuck full of crazy inspiration! Those girls make me want to try new things everyday! Oh, and have you checked out the new cardmaking and stamping galleries? I'm addicted. I think I check it every hour! Yummy cards everyone is posting!!

And here's my projects using Pixie Dust Paperie's June "Summer of Love" kit-- this kit was so fun to work with--all the pinks and blacks! I loved those little silhouettes--really fun to cut out and use on cards! YOu will love every single detail in this kit--even the soft feathers! ;)

And some pictures from down on the farm....

At Grandma Great's house there is a bowl that all the babies get washed in.... Cooper's turn! Chubberific!!!

Peekaboo at breakfast!

Cooper's cousin Cammy loved taking care of him. What a sweet little mommy!

And Cooper loved every minute of it...

He's confused as to why the goats are running away from him!

Landen and Tyler playing guns in Grandpa Great's garden!

He actually stopped his trouble making for a picture--good thing he's so cute!

This is one of my favorite shots I got.

Muddy toes

Kortney (Brandon's cousin) had an old Razor Scooter that he didn't use anymore so he let Logan have it--we couldn't get him off of it. Even at night he was concerned that "My scooter will get cold outside!" haha

Tyler digging in the garden

Hope you have a wonderful night!
