Here's my take on the latest CPS sketch. Our sponsor was Gina K stamps, that's the sweet rose on the card. THen I had some fun with my Around the BLock flocking kit (the music notes are flocked). I made these fun flowers from some new fabric I got last week. Think I'll make a cute headband from it too!

We're having a crazy monday. Landen got his first cold ever, which is always the worst. And I have a not-so-fun doctor's appointment today right during Logan's nap, so there goes my scrap time. Oh, well, I'll save my creative juices for tomorrow! Thanks for stopping by!

A house of order?

ha ha. I used to! Brandon came home the other night and asked how my day went. I said, "We had three meltdowns. Logan had a meltdown which made Landen have a meltdown which made me have a meltdown." Unfortunetly Landen likes to be held way too much, I either have to do all the chores with him in my arms or don't do the chores. It can get so frustrating! I'm hangin in there though!

Here's my CPS take from Tami's awesome sketch. I know it's past easter, but I made it before the holiday, does that count??? Loved that little chick! Just some other fun cards I've made this week too.

Oh, and I've been putting this off forever. I've been tagged by three fun gals and it's time I share some random and very odd facts about myself:

1.) I'm HUGE into pop-up books. LOVE Mattew Reinhart and Rober Sabuda. I have a large collection of their books and Logan is only allowed to read them when I sit down with him. I think I would cry if they got destroyed. I even dabble in that art as well, although I'm horrible at it!

2.) I have to perm my hair because the bottom half of my hair is jet straight and the top half is really curly. Pregnancy hormones! What can you do? Luckily my sister is a cosmetologist!

3.) My favorite cereal in the whole world is Rice Krispie Treats Cereal. You can only find it at Super Walmart and I can eat a whole box in two days. (at least it's not in one sitting, which I CAN do might I add :) .

4.)I can fit my whole fist in my mouth.

5.) I am OBSESSED with candles. I love my house to smell wonderful and I have a whole bin filled with candles for every season, month, day, etc of the year!!

6.) I'm a list person. I make a "to do" list everyday and check it off when I've completed something. I often put little things on there like eat breakfast so that I can at least cross off one thing even if I don't get to anything else!

7.) I love projects. I just bought the 52 projects book that Ali Edwards recomended and I love it. I'm starting this week!

I'm dreaming of a snowy Easter.

Well, actually no, but we did have a snowy Easter. The weather was great but we still have snow on the ground. Wasn't too hard to find the easter eggs. Logan had so much fun running around looking for the easter eggs. He had the classic moment of bending down to get an egg and another one falling out of his basket. Too funny. He kept saying, "Oh, look another one!!" Cracked me up!

Here's my CPS take from last week. Love that little bunny. A little summer layout to hopefully bring the sunshine out for us. Picture was from a long time ago and I finally scrapped it! THe orange stitching is actually a Hero Arts Stamp repeated, love the way it turned out. Hope you all have a great day!!

March Madness!!

So, I'm not into it, but are you? My husband is a March Madness freak. We fill out the brackets (one all the way and the other round by round). The fun thing is the winner gets a prize of their choice. hmmmmm, what should I choose? Big party at the in-laws to celebrate the beginning of it all too. ANy reason to party!!

Aaack! I'm 25!!

I was joking with my dad that he was turning 50 last week and then I realized I'm halfway there myself!! My birthday was last saturday and Brandon did a great job of making me feel wonderful! I woke up to HUGE cinnamon rolls, that's always a treat, and we got to go shopping. Logan had so much fun watching me open my presents, well, he had more fun opening them himself!! Then we enjoyed a dinner out, which we never get to do. ALl in all, a wonderful birthday!!

Come out sunshine!

Come out, come out where ever you are!! I can't wait until spring. We've gotten a little sunshine this past week, but now were back to cloudy days. I was rummaging through my drawers and caught a little glimpse of my bathing suit. Hence the reason I did about 900 crunches this morning. he he.

Hero Arts now at 2peas!!

Sooo excited that 2peas just started carrying Hero stamps. You really need to get on there and look at their fun new spring stamps. Just love the little owls they have out. Here's my spring project I did for Hero. Loved this lollipop garden, really a fun gift to give. I stamped on cardstock and cut out the flowers by hand. I found the fun basket at the dollar store and put some floral foam and gift filling in it. Also covered some candy bars with stamped cardstock. Thanks for taking a look!

I hope you all have been having a wonderful week. We enjoyed some home made Mac and Cheese last night. TOtally makes you feel good with a meal like that! We're still getting used to life with two children, but Landen's been a really easy baby so far. (knock on wood!) He's been letting me get a great nights rest, so I'm totally counting my blessings!!

So little time!

Wow! Now that the baby is here I have so little time. I can't believe how tired I get by the end of the day. My poor hubby comes home from work and I'm ready to go to bed! Needless to say that the home cooked meals have been few and far between. I need to get some kind of a routine down.
