Summertime!

I can't believe it's almost July! The fourth is coming up and I'm so excited, as are my boys. Every time we drive past a fireworks stand they almost pee their pants with excitement! They have even saved up a little of their chore money to buy their own fireworks--I'm sure they can get some snakes or sparklers for a dollar or two! ;) (anyone else  love Joe Dirt? snakes and sparklers... haha)

We have been busy this past month--a trip to Utah to visit family, school ending, painting my living room, and dealing with the heat! But I'm finally able to make a post!

Here's some cards I've been working on--I love these new stamps from Hero Arts. I was skeptical at first, I thought they kinda looked like they would turn out funny, but they are fantastic! They look like real splattered paint!

And Here's a card using some Hexagon stamps also by Hero Arts--

hexagon hello

I hope you get the chance to play in the sun today--maybe break out that slip 'n' slide. That's what we are doing! First, off to slather some sun screen on this pale body!

Hugs,
Kandis

I know what you mean about first impressions on these stamps, but your cards turned out awesome using them! Makes me think I need to buy some for sure! ;)

Those cards are really cool! I like how you used the twine/rope on each one.
